NetBox Blue delivers support to its customers through its authorised Business Partners. Further support is provided through pre-loaded self-diagnostic tools and a knowledge database.

To access the diagnostic tools login to your NetBox and navigate to Administration > Test Configuration. Online help is also available, click here to read more.

Support request

If you require support please contact your authorised NetBox Blue Business Partner. We recommend that you provide them with the following information and run the self-diagnostics tool before contacting them.

In order to submit a support request you will need the following information:

  • Contact details,
  • NetBox site key,
  • Support request priority,
  • Fault description,
  • Fault symptoms,
  • Actions taken so far.

If you no longer deal with the company that supplied your NetBox Blue solution and would like to be introduced to another authorised Business Partner who can provide advice and support please contact us.

Diagnostics tool

NetBox Blue provides an integrated self-diagnostic tool for users to test their system with in the case of a suspected fault. This diagnostic suite goes through a multi-step self-diagnostic test and returns the results immediately to the user. This tool is extremely effective in the case of a fault as it may identify the cause of the problem or highlight a non-NetBox support need. Your Business Partner can assist you with this process.

Online Help

All NetBox Blue solutions are supplied with full Help sections to enable an administrator or user to gain the most value from the investment and also to provide assistance for support issues. To access the help section of your NetBox, login to your NetBox and click on the help icon at the top right of the NetBox web interface..

Knowledge database

NetBox Blue provides all users and Business Partners with access to an on-line Knowledge Database that is constantly updated with new information of the latest research and features that are released.
