Netbox User / Non-Business Partner with Premium Assist
Netbox Blue's Assist Premium support service is a premium service option that offers direct support from Netbox Blue for Netbox only support and advice. It is a chargeable service with an annual fee and is limited by a Fair Use Policy. It is also subject to the current terms and conditions.
Netbox User / Non-Business Partner without Pre-Paid Support
By accepting these terms and submitting the request I acknowledge that a support charge of AU$200 per hour ex GST will be charged with a minimum support call duration of 2 hours. I certify that I have authority to accept these terms and that I will either pay by credit card when a member of the Netbox Blue support team call back or I have a purchase order on company headed paper prepared.

Include all details and specific information about the fault, including how to replicate, IP addresses, email addresses and any other information that may assist in reviewing logs and replicating the problem.

Everything you have done so far to diagnose the problem. For example; looked in logs (please include relevant log entries), changed IP address, check with ISP for outages etc.
