Netbox Blue has developed a global network of datacentres, honeypots and collaborative databases that are constantly providing our Research Labs with real-time updates of new threats and trends. Netbox Blue's adaptive content analysis engine delivers up to the minute protection against new threats.

Seamless updates

Netbox Blue's unique push update service automatically and transparently updates each Live (connected to the internet) Netbox up to 30 times an hour with the latest security definitions and content filtering updates. This requires no user intervention or management and ensures that an organization's network benefits from world-class protection 24x7, 365 days a year.

Configuration back-ups and restore

Netbox Blue's Business Continuity Centre takes regular snapshot images of each Live Netbox. This provides a back up of all user settings and configuration details. In the unlikely event of a hardware failure or deletion of the current set up, these settings can be restored over the internet or onto a replacement unit so that no technical involvement is necessary.

Heartbeat monitoring

Netbox Blue's Business Continuity Centre provides a semi-managed service through a ‘heart beat' monitoring system of each underlying hardware platform - appliance or virtualised hardware. This enables Authorised Business Partners to provide enhanced support to their customers and proactive action.

Single support contact

Netbox Blue's Unified Threat Management (UTM) customers benefit from having a single support contract for their gateway security and management solution. This prevents typical conflicts and support issues when multiple, potentially incompatible solutions are deployed.
