Open your web browser and go to the following URL: [sitekey].safenetbox.biz. Where [sitekey] is the unique identifier for your Netbox. If you are on your local network you can also access your Netbox by browsing to www.netboxblue.com.
A site key is a unique identifier of your Netbox. It is configured as a part of the installation service. You may need your site key to access the web interface for management and for Netbox support queries.
Login to your Netbox web interface, and the site key is shown on the bottom of the side bar. Alternatively it is also displayed on the LCD screen (if available) on the front of the Netbox, or via the monitor for VMWare and IBM installations. The site key is the part at the front of the domain on one of the views, in the format [sitekey].safenetbox.biz.
Go to "Administration > Test Configuration". This will run a series of basic network connectivity tests such and dns lookups, connections to remote web sites and external connectivity for key services back into your Netbox. If all services pass with [ok] then basic connectivity is confirmed.
As an end user of the Netbox your first point of contact for any support or management queries on the Netbox should be referred to the authorised business partner that sold you the Netbox.
As an authorised Business Partner of Netbox Blue you may submit support requests via our online support portal. For support on incidences that require immediate attention please contact Netbox Blue support on 1300 737 060.

From there you can choose to view a table of contents or click on the search button to search the user guide or view or a printable version of the Netbox help.
Your partner is trained in many different configurations, contact them for your requirements.
Browse to the web interface and go to "Reporting > Schedule" to schedule a report or "Reporting > Generate" to generate a html report immediately.

Make sure to click "update" on the configuration page then "apply" on the left hand side of the menu.
