Netbox Mail uses multiple layers of defence. Unlike other systems, NetBox Mail’s next generation filtering engine provides primary protection at the SMTP level. Most spam email is blocked before it reaches the company’s network. This saves your company bandwidth, computing resources and money.
The second level of filtering is deployed at the gateway. This ensures maximum protection and minimal false positives. Systems that block legitimate email are frustrating for staff and a drain on company efficiency. Netbox Mail eliminates these concerns.
Monitoring. Reporting. Control.
Fully automated reporting tools give managers and administrators access to standard or customized reports on email activity. Reports can be produced in realtime or over an extended period to assess email use and staff productivity. This enables manager to adopt appropriate policies to deal with undesirable behaviour. Full email logs are held for historical analysis and management purposes.
